Eating Habits 101
- Eat breakfast. It kick starts your metabolism.
- Eat small meals 3 to 5 hours apart to beat hunger and keep your metabolism going strong throughout the day.
- Drink a minimum of eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day.
- Choose whole foods and lean proteins.
- Read Labels. Do not eat foods with a long list of ingredients, especially if any of them are partially hydrogenated oils or trans-fats.
