Melissa Kingston is passionate about both physical and mental strength. She knows there’s more to building a strong body than lifting weights. An expert in functional fitness and sport development, she loves working with both average Joes and hopeful pros committed to reaching their full potential.

In addition to a well-rounded program that includes nutritional guidance and setting challenging — yet realistic — goals, when you choose Melissa, you get a results-oriented professional who will help you integrate discipline and determination, and teach you to love your body’s new capabilities.

A certified personal trainer with Definition Fitness since 2003, Melissa is a certified by the American Council on Exercise and the International Fitness Professionals Association. She enjoys training for and competing in the 70.3 Ironman, as well as Spartan Races.

Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, along with graduate studies in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology, with a specialty in Sport and Exercise Psychology, from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.

Pinky Andrews has always lived a healthy and active lifestyle, from softball, track, soccer, outrigger canoes and dragon boating. The importance of physical fitness in bringing balance to a person’s life is something she always imparts to her clients. She understands that being fit and healthy is a lifestyle and not a short-term commitment.

Pinky understands that each body is different, thus when training with her, you will receive a customized program to fulfill your fitness goals. Each program is fine tuned to help you reach your maximum potential.

Pinky is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with a specialty on Corrective Exercises in order to best align the body for greater functional movement. Along with her extensive medical background, she is able to help clients regain mobility, flexibility, strength, and improved quality of life.

Patrick​ ​Murphy​ ​has​ ​been​ ​around​ ​athletics​ ​most​ ​of​ ​his​ ​life.​ ​Growing​ ​up​ ​in​ ​Boston,​ ​Patrick​ ​played and​ ​coached​ ​hockey,​ ​baseball​ ​and​ ​also​ ​enjoyed​ ​mountain​ ​biking.​ ​This​ ​love​ ​of​ ​sports​ ​developed into​ ​a​ ​passion​ ​to​ ​improve​ ​sports​ ​performance​ ​for​ ​himself​ ​and​ ​others.

Since​ ​beginning​ ​his​ ​personal​ ​training​ ​career​ ​in​ ​2005,​ ​Patrick​ ​has​ ​dedicated​ ​himself​ ​to​ ​bringing out​ ​the​ ​athlete​ ​within​ ​all​ ​of​ ​us,​ ​no​ ​matter​ ​if​ ​you​ ​have​ ​aspirations​ ​of​ ​being​ ​a​ ​collegiate​ ​or professional​ ​athlete​ ​or​ ​you​ ​are​ ​a​ ​weekend​ ​warrior​ ​looking​ ​to​ ​dominate​ ​in​ ​your​ ​sport.

Constantly​ ​learning,​ ​Patrick​ ​understands​ ​the​ ​major​ ​link​ ​between​ ​the​ ​body​ ​and​ ​the​ ​mind. Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of North Florida, in Jacksonville, FL.



Sebastien Goodman

NASM Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Sebastien has loved sports ever since he can remember; soccer being his primary sport. This passion has carried over into the world of fitness and health. Sebastien’s extensive background in anatomy and physiology help him provide unique individualized workouts tailored to help each person meet their own specific goals. Each person has their own definition of what fitness is in their life. The most important thing is to keep moving!

He graduated from the University of Florida in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology- emphasis on exercise physiology. He is currently enrolled in the University of North Florida’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy program.
